Saved From The Fire sits within the Solitude pathway and comes from a moment where there was no easy answer and no obvious way forward.
This is an emotionally heavy session. It moves through shock, fear, exhaustion, grief and numbness before gradually finding enough space to breathe again. It does not try to turn pain into something beautiful or resolve everything neatly. The weight is allowed to remain.
The music was created as a way of facing a moment that felt potentially life-changing rather than escaping from it. There is a sense throughout of something being on the edge, followed by the slow recognition that not everything has to be saved for something important to survive.
This isn't a triumphant journey. It is quieter than that. It is about staying, finding something to hold onto and beginning to see through the smoke.
The journal contains the personal truth behind the chapter. The music is what that moment felt like before there was any certainty about what came next.
