HEAVY

SOLITUDE

PRESSING PLAY

Heavy belongs to the Solitude pathway and explores the kind of difficult night that doesn't necessarily have a clear reason.

There is no dramatic event at the centre of this session. Instead, there is a familiar sense of distance from yourself, where ordinary life continues while everything underneath feels harder to carry.

The music doesn't try to lift that weight. It doesn't build towards a solution or demand that the listener become more positive. It simply stays close to the feeling, creating enough space for it to exist without becoming overwhelming.

There are quieter moments, small shifts and glimpses of something lighter, but nothing is forced into resolution.

The journal gives the personal context behind the chapter. The music remains deliberately open, because sometimes the most useful thing music can do is not change how you feel, but make being where you are feel a little less lonely.
