Music Use & Rights Policy

  • This page explains how music featured in Lost Keys mixes is used, and my approach to respecting the rights of artists and labels.

  • All mixes shared under the “Lost Keys Experience” are provided for creative, promotional, and cultural purposes, and are not monetised.

How Mixes Are Shared

  • Music is shared only within full DJ & production mixes; standalone tracks from artists will never be uploaded or shared.

  • Lost Keys mixes are non-commercial, not monetised, and intended for listening enjoyment purposes only.

  • All featured music is credited to the original artists and labels, and details can be found in the associated Track Notes for each mix.

Permission & Rights

  • Permission is sought wherever possible, especially for independent or unreleased music. If permission is granted, it is recorded privately.

  • If a rights holder requests that a mix be removed or updated to exclude a specific track, the request will be respected and actioned promptly.

  • Music featured in Lost Keys mixes is obtained through legitimate channels whenever possible, such as official downloads from Beatport, Bandcamp, label releases, or artist-approved sources.

  • For music not officially released or from independent artists and producers, audio is captured only for inclusion in the mixes and not distributed as standalone tracks or files.

  • All music included in mixes is fully credited to the original artists and labels where known.

  • If an artist or label does not reply to permission request, full credit is still applied, and mixes remain non-commercial.

  • Mixes will always be removed if a rights holder requests it.
