Life is full of experiences that can sometimes be difficult to explain, understand or process, especially while we are living through them. Sometimes words just don’t fit or are not enough, and deliberately trying to make sense of something can actually make it harder.

For me, music offers another way in. It allows me to be present within a moment, feel it rather than simply remember it, and sometimes discover meaning that words alone can’t express. Lost Keys is my way of telling those stories through music and giving them somewhere to live.
